Tipper

Katmerciler has the capability to manufacture both sand and stone type tipper and tipper trailers eiher normal type or half pipe type (u) with hydraulic tail gates option, tipper bodies can be made out of normal steel (st-37,st-52) or hardox material.

Body
Body is made of steel material or Hardox, all body and gates are being supported with vertical steel 'u' type profiles considering the capacity. Side doors can be produced either fixed or movable. The rear gate is attached from the top and has the automatical locking type and/or with hydraulic tailgate. Is supported by supporting profiles.

Lifting Mechanism
Body is being lifted from the front by telescopic type cylinder.

Hydraulic Installastion
Hydraulic power is supplied by the transfer of energy from PTO to the pump. PTO is controlled from the driver cab. The oil tank has 70lt capacity. On the tank there are, 125" suxtion filter, and 25" return filter depot cab with ventilation, level indicator, special valve, and releasing tap. All pipes used in the installation are suitable with DIN NORMS. The directional ventiles that commands the tipper body is on the hydraulic depot and has. The system is controlled from the driver cab.

Tipper Trailer
2 or 3 axles production are made. The case floor is made of ST 37.2 plate. Also floor can be made of wooden. Chassis and axles are produced referring to highway and TSE norms. Brake and electrical installation are produced referring to all procedures. . Hydraulic installation takes their position from PTO. The unloading process angle of the case is made by single action cylinder.Jack arms are worked parallely, double speed, wide wedge, telescopic, static has 50 ton- dynamic 25 ton capacity. Wheels and tyres are used referring to axle quantity and capacity.
